Updated

Scope

This notice applies when you use Novevia Web, sign in, create stories, generate or edit chapters, publish public reading pages, view credits, or submit public content reports.

Information We Handle

  • Account data: sign-in state, basic identity data from Accounts, and Novevia access and refresh tokens.
  • Writing data: prompts, genre preferences, story bibles, outlines, chapter lists, drafts, revision requests, reviews, memory updates, and public publication snapshots.
  • Credit data: available credits, frozen credits, usage, refunds, recharge orders, and ledger records.
  • Public moderation data: report reason, details, optional contact email, hashed IP, user agent, and handling records when public content is reported.
  • Browser state: tokens, creation flow state, and editor autosave data stored under the current domain.

How We Use It

  • Provide sign-in, saving, generation, continuation, revision, review, version adoption, export, and public reading features.
  • Maintain continuity so later chapters can use confirmed story facts and memory.
  • Show credit balances, frozen credits, usage, and refund state.
  • Troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, handle public reports and takedowns, and keep the service reliable.

Sharing and Providers

To provide identity, generation, credits, payments, and safety functions, relevant information may flow through identity services, the Novevia API, model providers, payment providers, and operational logs.

Your Choices and Deletion

  • You can edit or delete your projects, sign out, and review credit history.
  • You can unpublish or delete a story; public reading snapshots are removed or taken down according to available product controls.
  • For account deletion, story deletion, or privacy support, contact us through available support channels.
  • Some records may be retained for payments, anti-abuse, security review, report handling, or legal obligations.
