The rules for using Novevia, AI-assisted drafting, public reading pages, content responsibility, and credits.

Updated

Service

Novevia is an AI-assisted fiction writing workspace that helps turn an idea into a story bible, outline, chapter list, and editable drafts.

  • AI may suggest structure and prose, but you remain responsible for final choices.
  • Public publishing creates shareable reading pages; it is not a publication endorsement by Novevia.
  • Novevia is not a legal, copyright, professional publishing, or platform compliance advisory service.

Account and Security

  • You sign in through supported identity services and are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Do not share accounts, abuse APIs, bypass credit settlement, or attempt to access other users’ projects.
  • If you notice account, credit, or project issues, keep relevant page details for support review.

Your Content

  • You keep the rights you lawfully have in your inputs and adopted story content.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded, entered, adopted, exported, or published content does not violate others’ rights.
  • Do not submit private data, trade secrets, full unauthorized works, or materials you are not allowed to process.

AI Output

AI output may contain mistakes, contradictions, unstable style, repetition, or similarities to existing works. Novevia can provide review and memory aids, but cannot guarantee accuracy or suitability for every publishing platform.

  • Before publishing, commercial use, or submission, review and edit the work yourself.
  • If an output does not fit, edit it, regenerate it, or discard it.
  • Use extra care with real people, sensitive events, specialized knowledge, and third-party rights.

Content Rules

  • Do not use Novevia to create, publish, or assist illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, misleading, privacy-violating, or safety-bypassing content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass safety limits, abuse generation at scale, or disrupt service stability.
  • Reported or clearly violating public content may be taken down, and relevant handling records may be retained.

Credits

  • Credits are used for estimated holds and actual consumption by generation, revision, review, and related writing actions.
  • Failed task holds are returned according to backend settlement records.
  • Purchased credits are for Novevia writing features and are not cash account balances.
